These services are provided contingent upon demand for services, funding sources, and available staffing. All donations are welcome that will go towards the services C.O.P.E will provide to individuals and families in Milwaukee and surrounding communities.

Services include, connecting veterans who are disabled or whole to resources for addiction recovery, medical care, credit repair, financial and legal counseling, and family court order maintenance. In addition, probation and parole compliance, transitional housing for use by qualifying homeless veterans.
